These terms cover your use of the SuretyOS website during our founding phase. SuretyOS is a product in development; this site exists to describe what we are building and to accept Founding Program applications.

Using this site

You may browse this site and submit a Founding Program application. Please provide accurate information so we can evaluate your application fairly. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or submit applications on behalf of agencies without authorization.

The Founding Program

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or any specific pricing. Founding spots are limited. If we accept your agency, the specific terms of founder pricing and onboarding will be confirmed in writing before any commitment.

Because the product is still being built, the descriptions on this site reflect our current plans and may change as we learn from founding agencies. We will be clear about what is available when you begin onboarding.
